With all the major banks. I negotiate with Bank Hapoalim, Leumi, Discount, Mizrahi-Tefahot, the First International Bank and others, so you get competing offers instead of one bank’s terms.
From first question to payout. Approval in principle, the purchase contract timeline, negotiation, appraisal, insurance and signing — I stay with you through the whole process.
Honest about the numbers. If refinancing doesn’t pay off, or a property stretches your budget, I’ll say so.
